Based on 274,814,067 people estimated to be alive today from US births between 1880 and 2025, using Social Security Administration birth records and cohort life tables. It counts people born in the United States, so it misses anyone who arrived later, and births under five per name per year are not published — which puts this figure roughly 5% below the true US-born population.
